Here's a floating device for the river/pool/ocean. It can also be used for the swim across Sun Moon Lake, where it's required to have a floaty, regardless of your swimming ability. The strap loop goes over your shoulder and the floaty drags behind you.


You can also use it to sit on and float down the flooded river just after a typhoon.
