The good news is this DVD player plays all DVD regions. The bad news is the dog ate the remote, so you can only hit play, pause and stop. If you have a DVD with menu options you won't be able to go through them. We tried buying a universal remote but it doesn't work with this player. However, at least you can play American, Australian, Asian and European DVDs on it.
