Great for baking cookies, muffins, cakes, pies, custards, lasagna, breads; roasting veggies, toasting bagels. Comes with one rack, one tray and an online recipe book (by request). If you need oven mitts I can throw some in as well. Temperature is in C. Heat source can be set to all, above, below or none. There is a timer that goes to an hour. Racks can be adjusted from low up to high position (4 positions in total). Glass door swings down to open.
